El-Shaddai Charitable Trust is a charity organisation registered in Uganda as a non-profit organisation that envisions Uganda in which every child has the opportunity for quality education to achieve their potential.

Why Sponsorship?
None of us chooses to be born in extreme poverty — including the nearly 400 million of the world’s children who live in the world’s poorest places, where they’re deprived of their basic rights and necessities, excluded from the opportunity to quality education and vulnerable to harm.
Since our beginnings in 2017 our approach has been one of community development, focused on strengthening families that make up a child’s environment. The individual sponsor-to-child relationship supports this work, with sponsor funds pooled to improve life in the communities where sponsored children live.
Today, support from sponsors is what allows us to continue supporting children long term, building relationships with local partner schools and focusing on children’s changing needs as they grow up. Support from diverse donors and institutions is essential to expand outreach and deepen the work we do with children and families.
400 million is an outstanding big number, too big to tackle. No one person can save that many.But what if you could help one child? What if you could help one child save herself? Through child sponsorship, you can.
Our Impact
El-Shaddai Charitable Trust is currently supporting ten (10)deserving children through child sponsorship in Uganda. Seven in primary school and 3 in secondary school.
